How do I opt-out of my newsletter subscriptions?
The easiest way NOT to receive a Sniffery Newsletter is to use the unsubscribe link we incorporate on all the email newsletters we send out. However, please be advised – by doing so you may be missing out on being informed about future sales, new products, and important information pertaining to your Sniffery membership. You may also send us an email at info@sniffery.com should you have any trouble with the unsubscribe process.
Why donate to our pet rescue and foundation affiliates?
We are proud to call some of the most prominent and established Animal Welfare Organizations and Foundations our Friends and Partners! Saving the lives of animals is something that is very near and dear to our hearts here at Sniffery. Visit our “Donate” page and kindly make a donation to one of our featured animal welfare partners. Not all pets are as lucky as the ones we call family! Sniffery gives 100% of ALL Donations received back to the organization donated to each month.
Why am I being charged sales tax?
Sniffer is a New York State Based Company a sales tax will be applied to you purchase upon checkout in your order to being delivered to a location within New York State. Sales tax rate varies based on the county your order is being shipped to. New York State Sales tax will be automatically calculated upon checkout.
How can I change my order once it’s been placed?
If you believe any information you have given us while trying to make a purchase may have been entered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sniffery.com. Generally, the sooner you’re able to contact us to report an issue the better able we are to resolve the issue. We do encourage all Sniffery customers to carefully review their order (including shipping and billing address) when checking out.
What is Sniffery.com’s return/refund/exchange policy?
Should you need to exchange a product because an incorrect size was purchased please do email us at info@sniffery.com so we can arrange an exchange with the particular vendor within 25 days of purchase. In any other circumstance, our diligence has allowed us to maintain an “All Sales are Final” policy. However, should a customer have a valid concern or complaint, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@sniffery.com within 25 days of purchase to work out a fair solution with a particular vendor. Our goal is for you is to have the Best Shopping Experience possible. However, we must insist that you double-check ALL Product Selections, Shipping, and Billing information before making your FINAL purchase.
How does shipping work?
Currently, products are only shipped from across the continental 48 US States. Depending on your order and location, there will be different shipping rates and delivery time. Time of delivery is normally between 7 – 14 days for non-freight items. Please be aware shipping rates included at checkout may vary from shipping rate shown on package slip received with your delivery. The shipping rate charged to you will be shown at checkout and not the one shown on your package slip.
Where do our products come from?
All items sold on Sniffery are delivered by the manufacturer of each product you order is sent from their designated fulfillment location across the US.
